Availability
Currently I am working towards getting into a masters program along with working part time as a veterinary assistant. My dogs are my top priority and being able to have a flexible schedule for them is one of the many reasons I decided to quit my full time job and pursue this instead. I cannot do night stays but am willing to come multiple times a day if needed. I have farm sat and dog sat for multiple weeks at a time. I am flexible and willing to work with you to meet your needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard with fresh access to water at all times. During the day my dogs spend their time both inside and out and are crated at night and when gone for long hours. I also have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your pup when needed. I can easily crate, care and enrich your pets, along with providing them with all the love they deserve.
Information Emma G. would like to know about your pet
I love all dogs but my favorite are rescues. I understand the complexity of working with anxious, fearful and “more difficult” dogs and am willing to go above and beyond to ensure they’re comfortable. I do ask that their needs are communicated prior so I can do my best at taking care of them.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks and/or runs, I have a baby pool, and a state park pass for all water enthusiasts. We can have a day full of adventure or stay in and lounge around the house all day. I understand every dog is different and I will strive to enrich and understand each and every one of them along with their physical and mental needs.

Pet care experience
I’ve worked alongside animals as long as I can remember. I grew up with a farm full of rescued horses, pigs, chickens, dogs, rabbits and cats. I have experience as a veterinary assistant and kennel worker along with a bachelors degree in wildlife conservation. Currently I have 2 dogs, a fostered pitty mix named Colt and a street dog from Puerto Rico named Pee Wee. I love animals of all sort and am confident in my ability to provide all the love and support your fur baby needs upon your absence. I communicate quickly and effectively and will ensure you have peace of mind at all times.

Reviews

Emma was the so attentive & caring for my boys! She really made an effort to understand them & show them lots of love while we were away.

Emma was very sweet and communicated well. She let me know when she got there to walk my dogs, and let me know how many times they went potty. Did great with my 2 dogs.
Emma is an animal lover through and through and always takes the absolute best care of every animal she encounters. She has cared for animals her entire life and would be my first choice for any animal care or pet sitting. The care she shows and the effort she puts in to loving the animals shows and she is a step above the rest. She is always going above and beyond for animals big and small and is very detail oriented.
Emma has helped me numerous times with my pets and im always so pleased with her services, she's prompt and knowledgeable. I trust her with all of my animals. 10/10 would recommend!
