Pet care experience
I've grown up with a large variety of dog types and personalities, as well as owning and petsitting a variety of breeds. I am an experienced horse trainer and self-taught dog trainer and my techniques are always calm and assertive, never aggressive. I can be strict or fun-loving (or both!), depending on the owner's preferences for their dog. I am very good at understanding a dog's needs and can adapt as necessary. I genuinely enjoy all sorts of dog personalities, and have the patience to gain a dog's love and respect too!

Emma is a fantastic pet sitter. Our Mollie ( Beagle) loves her. Emma has had a lot of experience caring for a variety of animals.... Goats, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, horses. I can't imagine a better, or more caring animal care giver. She is trustworthy and super with dogs!
My dog and I can wholeheartedly recommend Emma as a wonderful sitter! She and my labrador bonded immediately, and my house was picture perfect when I returned after a 2-week holiday. She even made me a short movie about him "having an experience with fine dining"! Oh my goodness, so creative and funny! He was in such capable care and loving hands with Emma. (We miss you Emma!)

A typical day
If you have a highly active dog, I enjoy running or biking with high-energy dogs. We might enjoy a long hike around Powell's Butte Nature Park, or if they have a bit of retriever in them we might enjoy chasing a ball or frisbee at a nearby field. We might even work on a few tricks!
