We cannot say enough good about Emma!! We own a small dog hotel and are very choosy about who we let take care of our "grandpuppies" when we are gone. Emma was good enough to move into our home and take care of the hotel over Christmas 2019 so we could travel to see our son and his family. The week we were gone, she had 29 different dogs with 16 of them being here at the same time. When we got home, the house was spotless and the hotel was just as clean and fresh smelling as when we left. Her professionalism and care of the dogs made us very at ease to trust her with all the "kids". We have called upon her at other times and she's always ready and willing to cover for us at a moment's notice if she's in town. If you are considering Emma for your "kids" care, you won't regret calling her. We just wish she were closer to home here in Southern Illinois!!
