Emma took great care of my two cats for more than two months while I was away. One of my cats have certain medical conditions that are triggered by stress, and because of Emma’s care he didn’t have any episodes while I was away. Emma was also very reliable and informed me of storm damages in my yard, which was a big help. She is a really good communicator and timely informed me of any changes to the original schedule. She was very patient with my cats, and I could see from the photos she regularly sent that my cats trusted her and were doing so well because of her efforts. Overall, I am grateful that I could rely on her for long term care of my pets, and I cannot thank her enough for her excellent care and thoughtfulness towards my pets and my home.
