Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Emma and I’m here because I love making animals happy. I’ve had dogs in my home my entire life. I grew up in the house where all the neighborhood dogs come to play, or to stay while their families are out of town. This led to me pursuing pet-sitting and animal care in my teens, and at one point, providing full-time walking services for a highly-rated Baltimore agency. I have extensive experience with animals with behavioral quirks and anxiety. I take an empathetic approach with all animals; I aim to understand them as an individual being with specialized needs, histories, and perspectives. I have a 5-year-old Goldendoodle of my own, Tommy, as well as three amazing cats, Max, Toots, and Ham. Thanks for checking out my profile. I can’t wait to meet your canine, feline, or otherwise non-human companions!
Reviews
Emma is great. She has taken care of our cat several times and we always have such a great experience.
Emma took incredible care of my boy! She was conscientious, followed my care document to the letter, and was extremely communicative. My mind was completely at ease while I was away from home. I will definitely engage Emma again for help with Biscuit!
Emma took such great care of my cat Frazier and my home! We loved receiving detailed reports and many photos of how he was doing while we were away. I will definitely be rebooking with Emma for future trips! Thanks Emma!
Very communicative, super great to have her checking in on my cat while I was away

Availability
After working (read: burning out) in retail management for years, I decided to make a change. I’ve opened up my schedule for more walks and drop-in visits because it’s what brings me the most joy and fulfillment. I have morning and afternoon availability Monday through Friday, and offer night and weekend bookings on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out regardless - I would love to care for your pet if I’m available!
