Pup Portraits and Play dates!
Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. I’ve had experience with small dogs, large dogs, puppies, and aggressive dogs. I adopted a German Shepherd dog with a bite history from the local shelter. Since working with him at home, he has become an absolute sweetheart and a very good boy. When booking with me, you also get to bring home a small hand painted portrait of your pup!

Although I do not have a large yard, I have a small fenced space behind my house where my dog can take care of business, but also a large, empty garage with a turf carpet, water dishes, space for crating, and lots of toys to play with. My dogs breed can be frightening but his only interest is becoming best friends with your dog. His main concern is playtime but he will shy away and respect a dogs negative response. I have a huge passion for dogs and I want to make sure that your dog is going to have a blast while staying safe in my care.

Information Emma C. would like to know about your pet
Let me know how you dog likes to play or if they have any needs I should be aware of. I don’t have a preference on dog breed but small dogs can be quite fearful of Rexs size.
A typical day
I love to stimulate my German Shepard with lots of destroy-proof toys such as, rubber balls, chew bones, and kong toys to hide treats in. I love to take Rex on walks through downtown Pullman on the nature trails by the creek. I frequent the Mountain View Dog Park in Moscow where my dogs have plenty of space to run and play, but enough space to be left alone by other dogs unless they choose to play.

Availability
I am currently enrolled as a Fine Arts student at WSU and I have scheduled morning classes for the fall semester, but all the free time in the world around that. I have my garage set up as a play space for my German Shepherd, Rex, while I am away at class so he’s not crated for long amounts of time. I live with four other roommates who are often home when I am not so there will usually be someone home in case of emergency. I live two blocks away from Pups in Cups and frequently take walks with my dog to visit.
