Pet care experience
I’ve always had labs growing up. I love dogs (sometimes I prefer their company over people). I have experience with a range of temperments thanks to growing up with a barker. Beyond walking dogs I also have experience with training them how to walk properly and listen on command. I have had years of experience watching dogs for extended periods of time, in most cases it was dropping in frequently but in others it was staying overnight. I just moved from CT, sadly leaving my dogs at home, to work full time at a large software company. I am free to walk/run after 5 pm everyday and my weekends are open to dog sit/ walk. My main motive behind taking this position is to spend time with the animals I love and to fill the gap of not having one of my own with me here!

I can’t say enough positive things about Emma. I’ve always had my nephew stay with my dog but recently moved to FL and have no family here. I decided to give Rover a try. As this was an overnight in our home, we requested to meet Emma prior to the service. She agreed without hesitation. She’s a professional lady with a sweet demeanor. Our dog was literally so happy to meet Emma and she was most accommodating. I reached out to Emma while we were away to check in and she replied quickly and also forwarded a picture of our dog sleeping peacefully next to her on the sofa. When we returned, our dog was happy and our home in order. I would happily recommend Emma and look forward to using her again in the future.
Emma has cared for our dog for six years. Emma is engaging, caring and reliable. She took care of our home and dog when we were away this past summer. She gave us regular updates when we were gone and took great care of dog, home and garden. Emma is so kind to animals. She took our dog Lucy on long runs each day eecwere away, played catch with her and administered ear medicine as needed. Emma takes initiative. One time when Emma was dog sitting she knew a storm was coming. She knew our dog was frightened of thunder so she brought our dog over to her house to be with her dogs. This helped soothe Lucy amd put us at ease when we checked in. Emma is reliable and competent. I highly recommend her for this position
Emma is a warm, loving and professional dog sitter. She grew up with dogs, adores them and takes great care of them! She is reliable, conscientious and respectful. She is an A+ with dogs and people alike!
