Pet care experience
I rescued a handsome pit mix in 2022 and raised and trained him on my own. We’ve taken obedience classes, practiced training, and done lots of research and growth in a year. Prior to caring for my own animal, I volunteered for 2 years at a shelter in Baton Rouge, as well dog sat for my grandma’s puppy whenever she was away.

Mamba had a great time with Emma. I truly recommend Emma like a pet sitter she was always on time and walk my dog for more than 30min.
Emma B is a wonderful pet parent and dog sitter. She puppy sits for my mother’s dog when they go out of town and Emma does a great job. My mom’s dog Callie loves when Emma watches her. Whenever Callie comes to my house to visit she immediately goes to look for Emma. Emma Loves all dogs! She is a kind, caring and responsible sitter. I know she would take amazing care of any dog she is watching.

I currently live in an apartment with lots of grass, walking paths, and a dog park. I have my own 1 year old male puppy that is incredibly friendly and social. I also have a car to to be able to travel and/or transport pets!

A typical day
I try to incorporate various physical and mental activities and exercises throughout the day, but like to maintain a schedule including at least two working walks and dedicated play time. I love exploring new parks and paths to walk, or safe (enclosed) spaces to run off leash. My goal is always to give the animal the best experience at the end of the day, and ever animal has a different personality and needs.

Availability
I work full time Tues-Sat (10-7), but Sunday and Monday‘s I have consistent all-day availability. I also could work in a late night walk after 8pm on weekdays.
