Pet care experience
I’ve opened my home to care for pets before with great reviews. I’ve owned dogs my whole life, which I have successfully trained from puppyhood. I also grew up caring for cats. I take safety with pets very seriously but make sure they have fun and are able to be energized.

We had such a great experience with Emily, and I know our pup Chloe did, too! She was able to accommodate our last minute request for boarding, which was fantastic. Emily was great communicating with us promptly. She sent us pictures of Chloe's adventures and gave us updates on how Chloe was doing doing her stay, which was very useful for us. We are definitely looking forward to working with her in the future!

I own a home with a large fenced in backyard. I have a small dog (Yorkie/Pom). My dog Wicket (age 1.5) does extremely well with other dogs. He loves to play with all sizes of dogs and is not intimidated by size. His best friend is a Golden Retriever and they non-stop play together. I also live at home with my husband who also enjoys all dogs. He grew up 3 large labs!

I like to know the overall temperament of the dog. I am comfortable with dogs that need frequent exercise and may bark. I’d also like to know night time routines (crate trained or free roaming). I do not have any breed preferences, I own a small 10lb dog but I am used to caring for larger breeds as well such as golden retrievers and labs. Do not worry that your large dog will harm my tiny one! He is very used to rough play with large breeds.
A typical day
We will take frequent play breaks outside to burn off energy. I frequently take my puppy to Swift Run Dog Park and I’m happy to take others as well.

Availability
I am a school employee who is off for the summer so I have full availability and can take your pet out as often as needed. I’ve very flexible and can be available last minute. My husband works from home and helps out during the day as well.
