Pet care experience
I am a HUGE animal lover. I am a military spouse and will be here for the next year or two, during which I would love to get to know you and your furbabies! I adopted my pup during quarantine (Rhodesian Ridgeback & Australian Shepard, 60lbs) and it has been the best decision ever! In June, my husband and I adopted a PB Rhodesian Ridgeback (108lbs), it has been so fun getting to see our pups' relationship develop. My family currently has a deaf and blind elderly dog so I have seen it all! Along with our current dog, I have grown up with very energetic German Shorthair Pointers and Weimaraners. I currently volunteer at the Santa Rosa Animal Services shelter as a dog walker and pup photographer, with this, I have learned lots of patience with dogs as well as how to safely interact with dogs of all kinds (timid, jumpers, barkers, anxious, calm, etc). I am a professional photographer and with this, you will be getting high quality pictures from me of your lovebugs!

Emily was wonderful! She watched our two large dogs at our home. She safely drove our two dogs to the park every day and walked them with no problem! (Not a small feat when you are walking almost 200lbs combined weight). She sent tons of updates and beautiful pictures of our dogs! She was respectful of the dogs routine and made the experience great for them and for us! We returned home to our house being better shape than we left it! We will for sure be hiring Emily again!

I work from home and am totally flexible! If your pup needs to be let out at 6:30am, I can do that! If your pup needs to be walked at 2pm, I can do that too! I am able to work around your schedule! Message me for more details!

A typical day
I love going on long walks so a walk in the neighborhood, on the greenway, or at a park is my favorite doggy date. Fetch, hide n seek, doing puppy puzzles, and cuddles on the couch are a close second! I will do whatever to ensure your pup is getting the stimulation and exercise that they need.

Availability
I am not grossed out by accidents that often occur in the house. Loud dogs also do not intimidate me, dogs talk through barking after all! I am capable of administering medication, bathing, preparing special food, and exercising through play or games. My car is pet friendly! I can take your dog on long walks, to the dog park or car rides. The weather does not bother me, as dogs still need to be walked in the rain!
