I was slightly disappointed with Emily. I have a ring camera and a smart lock so I can see when she comes and goes from my home. One of the visits she only stayed 8 minutes, however she didn’t “finish the visit” on Rover until 30 minutes had passed. So she left but was trying to make it look like she stayed the whole time on the app. I will note that she did reach out to me and tell me that she had a gas leak at her home that day. So I was understanding, but she never offered to make up the time, and the following two visits she continued to leave early (about 10 min early each visit). It is a cat so I understand there isn’t as much attention needed as a dog, but I expressed to her how giving him company was my number one priority and yet she still left early. Secondly, I came home to pee and poop in my bathtub. My cat has never done this before. It leads me to wonder if the litter boxes weren’t cleaned each visit or if the door to the bathroom with the litter boxes was accidentally shut leaving him no where else to go. At the end of the day, my cat was provided fresh water, and she did at least show up to check on him. So that’s why I gave 3 stars.

I have so much gratitude for Emily. She sat with Neha and Nash for New Years Eve. Such a kind, sweet and caring individual and as she left, Nash sat by the door and cried to her as she wanted to go with her. Highly recommend and I will be using Emily’s services again. Thank you Emily ?.
