Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting for 14 years. I have enjoyed having repeat clients over the years and building a bond with the pups I watch. I have experience with giant breeds, such as Newfoundland Collie, and smaller breeds, such as Rat Terrier. I will give your 4 legged "kids" the time and attention they need while you're away. I will take your dogs on walks, bring in the mail, water plants, etc. I will send you pictures of your pets and keep you updated if any issues arise. I would love to meet with you and your pup! In order to make sure I am the right sitter for your pet, I will need 48 hours advance notice to arrange my schedule, and to meet with you and your pet. Thank you so much for reading my profile. Emily has been wonderful watching our large dog Kane while we were away on multiple occasions. We got plenty of pictures and updates, and had absolutely no question they Kane and our home were cared for well while we were away. Emily made sure that we/Kane were a good fit before agreeing to stay with him which gave us additional reassurance in our absence. We would highly recommend Emily!

I need to know if your dog has any aggression issues. If your dog was a rescue, does he have any behavioral issues that are being dealt with. I need to know what medications the dog is taking. How long can the dog be left alone, or does the dog have separation anxiety.
A typical day
I'm an active person. I enjoy the outdoors. It's not a struggle for me to take dogs that are more active. I can slow down if your dog is older.
