Pet care experience
I know leaving your animals in another's care is stressful, but rest assured- I'm a responsible, pleasant gal & value the safety & comfort of your pets above all else. I love dogs of all walks & have spent quite a bit of time with herding breeds & pit mixes. Historically, my pet experience has been with cats, but a friend's Corgi recently came out from Virginia to spend spent 9 months under my roof- it was great! I also live next to the sweetest, jumpiest Cattle Dog, so we spend time together every day. I love older dogs & am totally comfortable handling special diets & giving meds. Right now I've got a flexible schedule, so typically my days are a mix of working around my house or getting out & being active.

Has your pup had any experience around cats? I have one cat, Goose, who is a DOG LOVER, but I can easily keep him separated if need be. Any quirks (such as separation anxiety, is he/she an escape artist, etc.) I should know about? Are there any bad habits you're trying to break & need me to keep in line?
A typical day
I live right off the Walnut Creek trail, have a Texas State Parks pass, love going to the Greenbelt, & Commons Ford is my JAM. I also have both a fenced front & back yard & a wagon to transport. Definitely can keep it chill & do all the Netflixing possible if your pup is more low key.
