Pet care experience
Being a graduate, I cannot afford my own dog currently, and my weekly schedule does not allocate tons of extra time. That is why daily walks, small jobs or weekend sittings would be my preferred service hours. It is a nice break from the routine of quiet studying to have a pet around! I love being active so your pup can guarantee a few walks a day at least. I have lived in a home with 1-2 large dogs since I was in preschool — needless to say my “professional experience” is that more of nature. I have dog-sat for many family and friends, and am always returned to in a time of need. I am an optimistic, trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible person who would love nothing more than to help make your and your dog’s life easier!

I have not met another person who cares for dogs as much as Emily. No matter how exhausted Emily is, she always devotes her time to playing with dogs and taking care of them. Because her love for dogs is so genuine, she is very careful with them and goes above and beyond to make sure they are healthy and happy.
Emily S. is hands down the biggest dog and animal lover I have ever met. Since I have been friends with her (almost 15 years), she has always had a dog in their family. She treats pets with the utmost respect, plays with them constantly and is a natural caretaker of all dogs. I whole-heartedly recommend Emily for a position with Rover.
Emily does such a great job dog sitting!! I have known her for many years, and she has grown up with many family dogs. Emily has watched my dog, Sandy (golden retriever), when she was a puppy (5 months old) and again when she was a little older (1 year). When Emily watches my dog, she brings her for many walks and plays with her outside! Emily does great sending pictures of the dogs and makes sure you don't feel left out while away :) Every time Emily has watched my dog, I have come back to a very happy and tired pup! Definitely would recommend Emily for watching your furry loved ones!
Emily has had a dog in her life in some way shape or form since birth. She absolutely adores them. She has a heart of gold when it comes to taking care of and interacting with people, and it is no different for her when spending time with dogs! She is an amazing human being.

I love to play with dogs both inside and out to stimulate them mentally and physically. My favorite activity to play inside is hide and seek! We also have awesome walking trails around my neighborhood which make for good exploring.

Availability
I am in between jobs right now, so have a lot of availability for dog walking and drop ins! I am an early riser for the most part, and love to go on walks in the mid morning/afternoon. Preferably not after dark :)
