Hello, my name is Emily and I am 28 years old. I have been an animal lover since a young age! I began taking care of animals when I was in my early teens, when I began pet sitting for people in my neighborhood. When I was 16, I got a job at a veterinary hospital/kennel and worked there for 5 years. I went to Towson University and graduated in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in animal behavior. After college, I worked at 2 more vet clinics as an animal caretaker and a vet assistant. In the fall of 2016, I decided to make dog walking and pet sitting, something I continously did as a side job, my career. I absolutely love it! Not only do I get to spend time with animals every day, but I get to nurture and care for them, providing exercise and stability when their owners are away or at work. I’ve always found pets to be more comfortable and happy when in their own in environment, and I feel great knowing that I can provide that for people’s fur babies, and their own peace of mind.
