Dogs + Me = Happy as can be!
Pet care experience
Growing up, I was always luck to have pets- mostly dogs and cats, but there was an odd hamster or guinea pig here and there. I have house sat for dogs and cats multiple times, worked at a professional dog care company as a dog walker, and also volunteer at the Santa Cruz Animal Shelter. I am patient, kind, and giving. Dogs instill an instant happiness in me! I wish I could rescue them all.

Emily was quick to respond even though we had short notice. Emily worked around our schedule and our pup was happy when we picked her up and worn out later in the day! Would definitely use her again.
Another great house-sitting visit with Emily! We had a late night out and it was such a relief to know that Dixie would be in good hands all night. We came home to a calm, content, restful pup... just what we'd hoped for!
Emily did an outstanding job with our pets. We loved getting all the photo updates that she sent. Our apartment was very clean when we returned home, and our animals were happy and well taken care of! We will definitely try to rebook Emily whenever we go out of town. 100% great.
Emily is the best! Dixie took to her immediately and I felt comfortable right away, knowing she'd be in good hands. Even our cat fell in love with her! I've already booked Emily for more dates and have more in store. It's great knowing that I can travel or do whatever it is I have to do that's keeping me from being home, and my girls will be perfectly cared for by someone I trust. :)

A typical day
We'll go to the nearest park or green area, and any of the beaches that allow dogs. We can go swimming at the beach (if allowed). There will definitely be lots of fetch and chase, as well as belly rubs and head pets. If they need a bath, I am more than happy to do that as well!
