Pet care experience
Hi dog parent! I'm a DAWG transplant in duck territory. I love dogs SO much I went to the University for Washington partly because the husky is their mascot. I'm a fitness loving young adult who LOVES dogs. If your dog needs walking, running, adventuring or just simply being loved on, I'm your girl! I've had dogs my whole life and started dog walking on my own a few years ago. Dogs bring me joy so this will be a win-win situation. I work at a disaster relief non profit, and am about to start grad school for Occupational Therapy, so I love to serve and take care of people just as much as dogs. If I could incorporate dogs into my therapy practice in the future, that would be ideal. So the more dogs I can care for now, the better I can help those in need. Can't wait to meet you and your fluffy friend!

Emily is a genuinely good person who loves all dogs with a passion. I had surgery 2 years ago and could not walk my Golden Retriever for 6 weeks and she enthusiastically volunteered at church to walk my Abby. My dog got very excited to see Emily at the door and she always took time to sit and love on her when they got back from the walk. Emily left Chattanooga for Alaska and the pictures I see of her on Facebook have lucky dogs with her. Where ever she travels to she is always pictured with dogs as well as new friends. Emily is truly a special person and will be a wonderful pet sitter, dog walker anywhere. She is a God loving honest person and I would trust her in my home with my treasured dog any day.

Emily has walked and run with our Border Collie for the past 6 months. She is a dog lover and Lyla looks forward to her stopping by to pick her up! I can highly recommend Emily with your dog. She is kind, responsible and personable.
I don't think I know anyone that loves dogs as well as Emily. (And I know A LOT of dog lovers.) She is responsible, thoughtful, and attentive, and I would feel comfortable leaving pretty much any dog in her care. Five star dog-sitter, for sure!

I would like to know any quirks that your dog has. If there are specific routines your dog is used to, or things that he should definitely do or not do, or eat or not eat, that would be helpful to know. With regards to walking or running, it would be great to know loops your dog is used to and how your dog is with other dogs and breeds. I really love high energy big dogs, but any breed is okay with me!
A typical day
We will go on walks or runs around your neighborhood. Or if your dog likes to adventure I will take them to a park! If your dog enjoys playing fetch or with toys we can do that, or just hanging out. Whatever you think your dog needs, I will definitely comply to!
