Emily is so great with our newly adopted bull terrier. We were very at ease during our trip knowing that our Puff is in her good and pro hands. Puff is looking forward to hanging with you soon, Emily. Thank you.

Emily was a great dog sitter. I have to very hipper dogs. She was very interactive with them when she met them. She sent me pictures knowing that I was missing my puppies and wanting to know how they were doing. I will definitely call Emily again

Emily was a total life saver after our sitter canceled at the last minute! Our feisty Boston/Bulldog mix can be a handful, but Emily was fantastic with him. I was able to enjoy our weekend away knowing that he was in great hands and getting plenty of exercise, cookies, and snuggles. She sent lots of photos and updates throughout the weekend and left our apartment in perfect shape. Hopefully she'll be able to sit for ...

Seasoned Veterinary Technician

I have always been an animal person. Growing up, I was more worried about rescuing the feral cats in my neighborhood than making friends of the human variety. I spent my childhood walking, grooming, showing, training, and rescuing dogs, cats, horses, birds, snakes and everything in between with my first job being the neighborhood dog walker when I was 7. I always planned on being a veterinarian, but after 6 years of working as a ...

What Emily would like to know about your dog

I have no breed preferences but it's always good to know some details about your best friend.
-How are they with other dogs?
-How are they with other animals?
-How are they with strangers, or people coming to the door?
-Do they have separation anxiety?
-Are there any injuries (new or old), or potential health problems that I should be aware of?
-Food allergies?
-Do they have any quirks I should know about i.e. No ear rubbing, or don't touch while eating

When Emily watches your pet

I am an avid hiker, so if your pup enjoys getting out in nature on the weekends, I can make it happen! I am also very familiar with Portland as I walk and ride my bike every day, so urban adventures are on the list as well! Your best friend can generally expect long walks (if they enjoy that sort of thing), lots of cuddles, play time and love! I’m a pro fetch player and I’ve never heard a dog complain about my belly rubs!
I always provide daily photo updates and I’m not afraid to ask questions if something doesn’t seem right. Keeping owners informed and up to date is highly important to me.
