Hi! My name is Emily. I work in student travel, but since I have a flexible schedule I want to start expanding my pet care/dog walking to outside my circle of my friends and family. I grew up with dogs, worked at a kennel as a senior staff member throughout high school and now that I live in walkable Providence, I'm out for hours daily with my own pup! Your dog will get lots of love, exercise and attention. I am very active and am also comfortable with having dogs in my car so a nice long hike is always an option! Or if your pooch is a little older (or lazier) we'll hang out at home and still have fun. Since I was a senior staff member at the kennel, I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I am not scared or intimidated by aggressive dogs (they were my specialty at the kennel.) I'm very calm, confident and perceptive around nervous dogs. Most importantly: no matter what kind of dog you have, they are going to have fun, be loved, and be safe with me. I know that dogs are more like family members than pets and I will treat them that way. I am more than happy to meet new clients before I'm hired, although I will say I've never met a dog I didn't like! I'm also happy to call/text/send pictures and updates while you're away.
