Pet care experience
Hi everyone! I’m Emily and that handsome guy in my photo is my three year old goldadore (golden retriever/Labrador mix) named August. We currently live in the historic Old Northeast, only a few blocks from downtown St Petersburg, and we would love to help take care of your pup(s)! I am an animal lover and have been caring for pets my entire life. I moved to Florida from California about 3 years ago. In San Diego, I volunteered for an animal rescue and took in countless foster dogs. I have been on Rover for over 6 years now and have loved every minute! We have lots of experience caring for all kinds of pups- old and young, big and small! Right now, I am able to offer 24/7 drop in visits and regular dog walking. Emily and Dave were so amazing that I actually considered leaving a really bad review so that fewer people would book them (and leave more openings for me)! I could not have asked for better pet sitters. They were very responsive, flexible, and I truly felt like Bentley was happier with them then she might be with me! I got tons of pictures and I knew that my pup was feeling right at home. Also, they are just good people. Absolutely the best! THANK YOU!
Emily and Dave were amazing! I would say Tucker is a little needier than most dogs and they were so great about everything. We got multiple updates and pictures each day, so we definitely felt at ease considering this was the first time we've left him since we rescued him over a year ago. Our flight ended up being super delayed coming home and Dave even went back to feed him dinner and let him out one more time. We couldn't have been happier with Emily and Dave and would absolutely recommend them to watch your pup!
Emily and David were awesome with our three little fur babies. They cared for them and love them as if they were their own. The daily updates and pictures gave us insight as to how well they were doing and enjoying all the attention they were receiving while we were away. Our home was taking care of wonderfully as well. We will definitely be using them again.
