Hablamos Español! We are an animal-loving family with two dogs and two cats of our own. We have a corgi named Lucy (19 lbs) and a basset hound/Rottweiler mix named Romeo (45 lbs). Our neighborhood is walk-friendly and our back and front yards are fully-fenced. We enjoy going to the dog park and our dogs both love meeting new canine friends. They have yet to meet a dog or person they didn't adore. There are many neighborhood dogs including three dog-friends that live right next door to us. Our dogs love playing by running up and down the fence with each other. We are very flexible and will be happy to provide whatever care makes you most comfortable in trusting us with your dog. We have an extra crate for dogs up to 40 lbs which your dog is welcome to use (or not use) while with us. Dogs are welcome in all areas of our home and we will treat your dog with the same love and attention as we do our own. We do have two kids and two cats, so if your dog is not used to small children or cats we may not be the best fit for him/her. We are most comfortable offering weekend services, but are open to weekday stays if you are comfortable knowing that both my husband and I work full time and we are away from the house for about 8 hours during the day. We know that we love receiving photos of our pets while we're away, so we'll gladly send you text or emailed photos of your dog enjoying his/her stay with us. We cannot get enough of our pets and look forward to meeting yours! About this sitter: We are an animal-loving family with two dogs and two cats of our own. We adopted both of dogs together and have always considered them our children. Meet my pets Dog - Lucy (corgi, 23 lbs) Dog - Romeo (basset hound/Rottweiler, 45 lbs) Cat - Sam (domestic short hair, 19 lbs) Cat - Rudy (domestic short hair, 13 lbs) About my yard Both our back and front yards are fully fenced. The front yard is entirely chain-linked and the backyard is half chain-linked, half wood-privacy. Our yards are smaller as we live in the city, but there is a gate that we open to give dogs access to both the front and back yard.

Emily and her family take such good care of my two girls: one senior (with arthritis, cataracts and hearing loss) and one still a puppy (high energy Yorkie). Both are well-loved. And Emily is very understanding. When an out of town meeting was cancelled and rescheduled, she was able to handle the details seamlessly - and even prorated her fees for the days that were cancelled. They’re the best!!
The whole family did a great job of taking care of our elderly bulldog! Would definitely book again!
Emily and her family have taken care of our pooches over the years and we are always extremely satisfied. We know that our dogs are receiving lots of love when we are out of town.
My dog Norie is always sad after leaving this family! They are great caretakers and I have the utmost confidence in their ability to make sure my dog is well looked after while I am away.

Both our front and back yards are fully fenced. We always supervise doggos outside and our two friendly pups will happily show visitors the ropes. We have many extra crates of all sizes for any visitors who like (or need) to be crated.

We like to know everything there is to know about your dog! We are very comfortable with all breeds. We have a smaller house, so we cannot accept dogs over 100lbs as we don't feel we could give them adequate space. We also have two kids, so if your dog is not good with small children we are probably not the best fit.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We would do at least one daily walk with your dog at your request. We like to walk all of the dogs together, but if your preference is to have your dog walked separately we would be happy to accommodate. If your dog needs substantially more exercise please discuss this with us in advance (depending on the time commitment, this may come at an additional cost. I.e. $5 for an extra halffr hr walk, etc). Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever they are most comfortable! Our dogs sleep in their crates next to each other, but if your dog would be happiest somewhere else, they are welcome there! Time I'll spend with your dog We frequently take our dogs with us when we leave the house. We love bringing our dogs to the dog park and would happily have your dog join us (if he/she likes the park). When we do leave the house, we kennel our dogs (usually not for more than 2-3 hours). If your dog is not crate-trained we do have areas of the house that we would block off for him/her to be in while we're gone.

Both of us currently work from home most days. Our fenced yard allows us to let our pups out frequently throughout the day. We love being able to spend time with them.
