Pet care experience
Hii, I’m a mom living on the east side of Providence. I run a small donation center for a non-profit mentoring organization a couple days of the week then I try to spend the rest of my time with animals. I'm always happy to help out when I can, it’s definitely the best part of my day. I am equally happy to work with younger or older animals, and particularly excited to help with special needs. I love to take care of cats and other small animals as well - I grew up with a big range of animals from cats, dogs, reptiles, snakes, rabbits, and rodents! * Please feel free to reach out for short notice walks/drop ins if you’re ever in a jam!

Emily was fantastic, took my very rambunctious dog out for a walk, exceeded the 30 minutes, and didn’t stop until he pooped. Her level of communication was fantastic, I would certainly book her again!

A typical day
If your dog loves company, I’m experienced with walking several dogs together (*with explicit permission). My own tiny dog Peter loves to walk with friends! If your dog is more of the solo type I am happy to find quiet, low-traffic routes to keep them more comfortable. I carry a portable water bowl during the summer and take care to make sure everyone is doing okay in the heat. The length of walks are often at the discretion of the weather - I will not keep a dog outside long in freezing temperatures or extreme heat.
