Pet care experience
I’ve worked previously at a doggy daycare caring for 75+ dogs (specifically large breed) catering to any needs each dog has. Outside of the daycare I have had foster dogs that have came to stay at my house to prepare them for their forever homes. I now work with some of my neighborhood dogs to better their simple obedience skills, as well as their walking skills. I like all size dogs and working with what their specific breed needs. I am also capable of giving any dog medication (except shots) they may need as well as giving baths and simple grooming tasks. Puppies and seniors are welcome as well. Special need animals as welcome as well. I’ve worked with most every type, size, and age dog.

Just for starters, believe me when I say this: EMILY IS INCREDIBLE! I was new to Mishawaka and Emily was one of the first people that I met. Within five minutes of talking with her, I knew that she was a great person and when I found out she had experience and just overall enjoyed taking care of animals, I just knew she would be the perfect person to help me with my dog! My dog is not welcoming to new people ESPECIALLY when they come into our house, but I was in a bind at work and asked Emily to go let her out so she wouldn't be trapped for too long inside. I was extremely nervous about this (ONLY because my dog can act ridiculous, as previously stated) and I gave her multiple suggestions on what to do, but she did not need them! She was a natural at winning her over! My dog LOVES Emily and that is very rare. I trust Emily to take care of my fur baby more than most of my family. She always goes the extra mile because she genuinely LOVES animals. She has even managed to teach my dogs tricks that I gave up trying to teach her years ago because she was not picking them up. She is definitely one of a kind!
Emily is one of the most loving pet owners out there, and treat every animal as her own. She's caring and genuinely involved in each animals' care, and is very aware of what they need. I would trust her with our pets, full stop. She's got a loving heart for all of those four-legged family members out there, and you'll be happy if she takes care of your pet.
