Didn't handle the first drop in well. My dog was barking, and instead of reassuring him since he feels there is an intruder, she just tried to get him to stop by spraying bark spray. It was easy to reassure him so at least she reached out and got it handled. Also it was supposed to be house sitting but I'm positive she didn't spend much time with my dog. He hides away unless someone is around, so I asked that at least once a day she spend an hour with him in the apartment to get him out of hiding. But if she had I know I would've gotten a cuddle picture because he loves to be close to people. I did receive one of those. Also I did have to prompt for most of my updates. After the start of the stay go poorly, I would've expected even more reassurance. I will say at least it seemed he had his basic needs met.

She was great! Emily came and hung out with my pup on New Year’s Day while I was gone for the day and she was awesome. Texted us and kept us updated! Will for sure use her again!
