Hello! My name is Emily and I currently work my dream job at Rover.com HQ and have been a rover sitter for the past several years!! I took a few year hiatus from being a rover sitter with COVID but am now back. We are currently all working remotely during the pandemic which allows your baby to be with me all day. I love being a rover sitter because I love animals!! Being a sitter allows me to meet a variety of pets and I enjoy being surrounded by all their different quirks and personalities. I've owned and trained three dogs ever since I was 7 (I've also had pet hamsters, many fish, birds, and a 19 year old turtle)! I'm a pretty active person - if your pet is able, I love taking them to the dog park, on walks/runs, and even hikes! I have experience with training puppies and have trained all 3 of my puppies growing up. I'm also able to administrate pills for senior dogs. Note: I do have stairs but have doggy gates to pet proof the space for senior dogs. I currently work from home and have a very flexible work schedule, I will adjust my schedule to your pups needs. Typically, I will go on a morning walk, afternoon walk, and either go on a run or longer walk in the evening. On the weekends, if your pup is able, I will take them on a hike. I have a fenced yard and do not own a dog myself. When I'm dog sitting I will only take 2 dogs at once and only if the dogs historically get along with other dogs.
