Emily was an absolute gem when it came to taking care of my dog Max. As a first-time user of the Rover app, I was looking for someone not only experienced but also approachable and communicative. Emily exceeded all my expectations in this regard. Her friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly responsive, keeping me updated and ensuring Max was not only well-cared for but also happy. It’s rare to find someone who instantly connects with your pet and understands their needs right off the bat. Without a doubt, I’ll be turning to Emily for all of Max’s future sitting needs.

Emily was so great with our little Yorkipoo Suki. She was so patient with her. Suki is a rescue and had a rough life before we adopted her. She has a tough time with strangers. Emily came over and met Suki and I. Within a few minutes Suki was her friend. I was so relieved. She obviously has a lot of experience with dogs and handled the situation beautifully. It definitely put my mind at ease. While we met, Emily took notes on her ipad and was very communicative. I wasn't worried at all She is a very kind and responsible person. Suki did well. I received lots of photos and updates. I definitely will use her again. She was fantastic
