There aren't enough words to capture just what a wonderful human being Emily is. Having spent her entire life around dogs, Emily understands how important these wonderful creatures are and just how special they are. We have entrusted Emily on countless occasions to watch after our pup while we have been away or on vacation, and she has always gone above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for. While our pup was in her care, our pup received the royal treatment consisting of round the clock attention. Oh, pupster didn't want to sleep in the kennel because she was feeling anxious? No worries. Emily made room in her bed. Oh, our high energy pup wants to play at all hours of the day and night? Emily was always there to play with her and take care of her. Constant photo updates of how our pup was doing? Yup. That too. If I had to describe Emily in three words they would be (1) Empathetic (2) Integrity (3) honesty. And that's exactly who anyone would want to leave their beloved pup with. Our pup developed a very special connection with Emily and now any time she sees Emily, she rushes up to her to give her lots of love and attention and literally cries at the site of Emily until Emily is able to embrace her. While our pup was in Emily's care, we never had to worry if she was being cared for and loved. Never had to worry if she was getting the appropriate physical attention (walks and play time) or emotional attention (coddling her when she was sad and missing us). In doing so Emily developed her own special relationship with our pup and that means the world to us. Emily is the epitome of what any Rover client who is wildly obsessed with their pup would want from a care taker. I encourage Rover to bring Emily into the fold and let her do for other families what she's done for ours. Rylie the dog's favorite person in the world outside of our immediate household is Emily. We've had some not so great dog sitting experiences previously, and then came Emily. Knowing Emily is taking care of Rylie and watching our house eliminates all my stress about leaving. Emily is kind and compassionate with Rylie. She sends regular pictures and updates. Rylie is a happy dog when we leave and a happy dog when we get back, no signs of stress on her end either. We are 100% at ease and confident with Emily, thanks for making our lives easier!
