Pet care experience
* Currently looking for regular clients M-Friday! * Rover is my part time job and I absolutely love all the people and critters i meet! I’m looking to make it my full time job again one i have enough clients to fill out my schedule M-Friday! I have my CPR and First Aid certification and I’m a certified vet assistant and veterinary technician experience! I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats for over 9 years and been on Rover since September 2017 and I love it. My duties consist of feeding, walking, over night stays, giving medicine if needed, giving lots of love and of course playing. I have experience with all different sizes of dogs and all different types of breeds! I'm incredibly flexible with your schedule and with what you are comfortable with paying. I will send you lots of updates and pictures of your dog when I stay with them! I have also worked with cats as well and have owned several over the years! I have also worked with cows, horse and chickens. At the vet clinic where i worked, I had some experience with exotic pets so if you have any exotic pets I can definitely include them in my care! I currently own a 5 year old Belgian Malinois/ German Shepard mix and a 6 year old black and white cat. I love meeting and taking care of new animals... Can’t wait to meet your fur babies!

I’m very observant of what’s going on around me, making sure doors are completely closed so those little runners down get out. Having a key understanding of body language for your pets, knowing when they are comfortable, uncomfortable, stressed and so on will help me care for your pets.
Information Emily M. would like to know about your pet
I have no breed preferences, i love all breeds! I would like to know if your dog has any prior medical history I should be aware of ( severe anxiety, seizures, etc.) so I can keep and eye out for any signs and know how to treat it. Some dogs don’t enjoy other dogs and that’s okay! I would like to know if your dog is dog aggressive when going on walks so i can avoid certain situations. Some dogs don’t like to share their food/ toys with others once they have it, is your dog like that? If so that’s okay! Just so I know how to handle the dog, I’d like to know if they are possessive over any toys/ food that can turn into aggression.
A typical day
Walking around your local neighborhood, exploring all the new scents around, and sights. I can run/ jog with them to really get them tired for those higher energy breeds that walking just never seems to do the job with.

I do work a full time job M-Friday right now my schedule is 9am-5:30pm with lunch breaks but I have been able to check in on your sweet animals before and after work and on my lunch breaks and any time in the evening and of course any time on the weekends.
