I have dog sat for friends and family ever since I was a teenager. As an adult now, it brings me great joy to open my home to other people’s dogs and love on them! Especially since I’m at home full time, I have the time to devote to playing with and exercising them. I will even bathe them as needed. I’ve been dog sitting on Rover now for two years and have loved it! In the process I fell in love with dog breeds I’ve watched and as a result adopted our second and third dog. I am committed to loving and caring for one Rover dog at a time and making sure they have fun playing with my dogs. Your dog is my priority.

My home has a fully fenced yard and a dog door for easy access bathroom breaks. Dogs are allowed on our furniture. I have extra crates if you don’t want to pack your own crate. We also have baby gates if we want to contain pets to certain areas. For example, if a puppy is not potty trained we can keep them on tile vs carpet. Our home has a lot of flexibility to meet the needs of your dog.

A typical day
I love to provide lots of snuggles and scratches to any dog that will let me haha. My dog Goonter is a border collie mix so we already play and exercise each day in our backyard. We love kicking around soccer balls. I just bought a Collieball (a herding ball I found on Instagram) and that has easily become our favorite toy! Your dog is welcome to join in on those games. As the weather warms up we like to play with the hose as well.

I have two kids so I leave the house to do school drop offs and pick ups. Aside from that I am available to be with your pet. Plus with summer right around the corner, school will be ending, which means more friends for your dog. My kids will be 6 and 8 this summer and they both adore dogs.
