My name is Emily! I am a dog trainer for FullFocusK9. I have worked with a plethora of clients and their dogs. I been professionally training for about 4 years now. I am on Rover to fill my life with even more dogs! Dogs are my passion, and I absolutely love that my world revolves around them. Before dog training, I worked in a dog daycare and a veterinary hospital. During my time there, I learned a lot about dog behaviors and health, which is great knowledge to have when having multiple dogs in your home. I am certified in pet CPR and first aid. I have 3 dogs of my own: Stella, Bash, and Daisy. Stella and Bash are siblings! They are 5 years old and are German Shepherd/American Staffordshire Terrier mixes. Daisy is a 4 year old Chihuahua mix. We are pretty active! We hike a lot and compete in AKC sports, like Fast CAT, barn hunt, and dock diving.

This was our first time using Emily and she was amazing with our sassy Dolly! We were impressed from the meet and greet to the time we picked Dolly up after our trip. Her pictures, videos, feedback, and concerns let us know that we left Dolly with the perfect sitter! We will definitely use her again.
My three crazy pups had a blast with Emily! One of my dogs is anxious whenever I leave her somewhere new, but Emily had great patience with her and in the end Lizzie was playing well with the other dogs Emily had at the time! I will definitely boo with Emily again in the future!
Emily was awesome!!! She was very attentive to my Colby and it was a pleasure to work with her! I will definitely be using her again!

I require that your dog(s) be up to date on vaccines (DHPP, Bordetella [kennel cough], and Rabies). Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or any behavioral issues (dog and/or people reactivity or aggression), so I can address them accordingly. Since I have other dogs in my care, including my own, your dog will be in a Ruffland Kennel (or a stand up kennel if you have a XL breed) when it is not being supervised to prevent any incidents.
A typical day
Stimulating dogs physically and mentally is so important! We will play brain games (puzzles and snuffle mat). If your dog is good on leash, we will go on walks in my neighborhood and/or a nearby lake to get all the smells in, and by request, I can introduce them to the dog treadmill to really get in some great stimulation!
