Jax, our labradoodle, was SOOO happy with his stay, and so were we. Emily emailed us daily with photos and it was obvious Jax was comfortable and relaxed. We is an older dog and hasn't been to a sitter in 8 years, so we weren't sure how he would handle the transition, but Emily made him feel welcome and cared for and Jax felt like he was on his own vacation, too, playing in the ...
Emily, Sean, and Thumper took such great care of our two dogs while we were away for the holidays. It is always hard to leave our dogs, but Emily and Sean made us feel confident that they would get everything they needed, which they did! The dogs played, exercised, ate, napped, and slept - all of their favorite things. They sent us a picture and update every day, which we loved, esp. since we were so ...
Ten Paw-Stars for Emily and Sean and Thumper. Our dog stayed here a year ago, and her tail was wagging as we pulled up the driveway. Emily is an excellent communicator, picture sender, and care-giver. She does a wonderful job of fostering relationships between the animals. Sean was great giving extra attention to our female retriever who is wary of men. He won her over. I could see the relaxed and happy expression on my ...
We have a spatious property and a very dog friendly home. I work from home and my husband works locally on contract so we will be supervising and interacting with your dog at all times.
We want our guests to feel like they're at home, so they can play with toys, lay on our couch, or nap in the sun in our large, fully fenced in backyard. Of course they also get lots of love ...
What Emily would like to know about your dog
We love and welcome all dogs. If possible we like to arrange a meeting before the stay (especially for longer stays) so both parties are comfortable. Before we care for your dog we would like to know where and how they sleep, if they have any allergies, if they show any aggression towards animals or humans, and if there's anything else you would like us to know about your fur baby.
We ask you to bring your dogs food, food bowl, bed, collar and leash, and any other comfort or necessary items so your dog feels as comfortable as possible. We can provide treats but it's usually best if you bring those as well so your dog will not experience tummy upset from change in food.
