I recently packed up my things and moved across country to Colorado. I grew up surrounded by dogs, so for the first time in my life, I am dogless! I deeply miss my two pups back home and I'm looking forward to becoming a pet sitter so that I can play with dogs again! I currently do not have a dog, but as soon as I have a place of my own I know I will rescue one. Aside from growing up with dogs, I also have experience watching my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs and I'm so so excited to give some dogs some snuggles and have an exploring buddy! It will be great to be able to spend time with a pup. Since I’m new to Colorado, before pet sitting I will research the area where the home is located. I love going hiking, visiting pet-friendly cafes and exploring new parks -- plenty of which all seem to be in the Denver area. I'm always exploring a new area of the city and it will be even more exciting to do so with a dog as my sidekick! When it comes to the type of dogs I like to care for, I don’t have any breed preferences. I love all types of dogs and are open to taking care of any kind. I also have experience pet sitting cats as well as dogs -- not to mention turtles, fish, and snakes too! I love being able to interact with other types of animals because they are all so different. I am open to taking care of any type of animal, as long as the owner provides information on how I can best care for them. I would describe myself as selfless, reliable, and calm. I am selfless because I am always worried about the needs of others before the needs of myself. I will always make sure the dog is happy and comfortable before worrying about anything else. I consider myself reliable because I'm committed to never letting you down! I will always be there when I say I will. I also consider myself to be very calm. I have a lot of customer service experience, so I am very adept at handling all types situations and approach each with a level head.
