Hello everyone! My name is Emily. I am a current student at Calhoun Community College. I have cared for pets for at least 3 years now from having many pets of my own & taking care of several dogs upon owner request. I have a huge love for animals, I have one dog his name is Diesel. My dog is very friendly and loves to go on doggy play dates with other dogs and just simply being around another animal makes him happy!! I will definitely treat your dog like I do my own by spoiling him/her and giving them a tremendous amount of love and affection! I offer the following : I will walk your dog, keep them over night, and do drop in visits! Whatever you prefer I can do. I will always send pictures and texts to inform you how your dog is doing while in my care because I know I worry very often when it comes to my dog being away and I do not want you to have to go through that. I want you to enjoy a worry free day knowing your dog is in great hands! I do attend college but it is all online so therefore I am available Monday - Sunday at any time (literally) unless other wise stated. What sets me apart from many other sitters is that I am at home all day. You do not have to worry about your dog being unattended during the time they are in my care because I will always be keeping my eyes on them and make sure they have the love and the attention they deserve! Unfortunately, during this pandemic I had to go on a highly important trip while taking the appropriate pre cautions. My sister usually watches my dog Millie but, she was feeling a little under the weather. I had to take matters into my own hands so, I decided to download Rover. Emily’s profile caught my eye with her description, reviews, and the many pictures of happy dogs! Emily boarded my dog for me while I was away on my trip. She did an excellent job keeping me updated and sending me pictures constantly. I was able to sleep better every night knowing my dog was in good hands. I will definitely be choosing Emily again for my future pet sitting needs. Thank you, Emily for being so great with Millie!!
Was great at keeping us informed and was available to keep our dog on a short notice for a trip that we needed to go on and was very flexible when it came to pick up and drop off times. Will be using again next time we need to go on a trip.
Emily was an awesome pet sitter for my two adult kitty cats. I can't say enough good things about her. She is sweet, smart, very responsible and dependable. Emily goes above and beyond what is expected and is great about communicating regularly. My kitties just love her. She really took time to interact and play with them in addition to tending to their wellbeing. I had to be away for about a month on pretty short notice to be with a family member who had major surgery. Emily really made me feel that my fur babies and my house plants were taken care of. It was a tremendous blessing to be able to focus on my family member and not worry about whether my fur babies were okay. She sent pictures each time she visited which put my mind at ease and helped me to know they were happy and thriving. Seeing those photos helped me not to miss them or at least I wasn't pining for them so bad. You couldn't ask for a better person to trust with your fur babies. I give my highest recommendation of Emily to you with no hesitation and absolute confidence. She won't let you down. I will definitely call on Emily for future pet sitting.
When Emily requested a testimonial from me today I was not hesitant to give her one right away I am highly selective when it comes to choosing the person who takes my dogs on their daily walks while I am working I had to switch schedules and my last dog walker was not able to be around at the right time so, I made a Rover account and found Emily best choice! I highly recommend Emily for all of her services you will NOT be disappointed in her work thank you for being the best out there Emily

The main thing that is very important to me when it comes to someone requesting my service is making sure the owner tells me about any special attention that will be required. Some dogs have medical needs, some dogs require certain foods. I would love to know if your dog requires any special attention because I want to make sure to give the dog anything he or she needs during the stay with me. As well as contact information for emergencies because you always want to be sure to have an emergency contact in case of any accident.
A typical day
Your dog will definitely enjoy their stay with me! It will be a wonderful dog vacation. I spoil each and every dog I come in contact with like my own. I will take your dog on a few walks through my neighborhood throughout the day to make insure he/she gets the daily exercise that is needed. I also have many dog toys & activities to provide as long as it is ok with the owner! I always make sure everything is ok before doing so. As all people have their preferences. I have toys that stimulate the dogs brain & just toys for fun that I am able to provide. I also have a dog park near me that I love to take my dog to & I will take someone else’s dog too as well as long as it is ok with the owner!
