Emily was my first ever Rover sitter . She had them for 2 nights . Before and during the stay she was very communicative, professional , and friendly. She helped me through the entire process and was very flexible! I just picked up my 2 dogs and boy… are they tired !!! She had them playing all day and even let my cuddle bug sleep in the bed with her . Emily- I appreciate everything you did for my little fur babies ! Thank you!!

So I was stuck in a jam. Out of my top options 2 were unavailable and 1 canceled on me the morning of. This was literally my last option, as it was out of my way out of my preferred area. The price was great though. When I got there the house was run down but no judgement. I asked to see home and other dogs to which she replied I do have one in the basement as well but he doesn't get along w people but dogs are fine. I walk in to 3 dogs in a pig pen type area (dining room). She apologized and said they were in process of cleaning up. (The entire home smelled of a pound.) I was skeptical but again tried to pass no judgment. I got 1 text and no pictures all weekend. I even brought a quilt from home for them which was never even used. If it were it would have stunk. Which it didn't. It smelled fresh and clean just like I had given it to them. When I picked my dogs up they smelled as if the had been in a filthy basement the whole time. The stench was unbearable. After driving about a mile the dogs were panting so much I had to pull over and they drank a full water bottle each. When I pulled up at home, my teens smelled them from inside before they even got out the vehicle. (Kitchen window, driveway side). This was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Let my experience be an example. Sorry guys but never again. I just hope and pray yall treated my dogs well.
