Hi! My name is Emily and I'm a 21 year old college student at the University of Notre Dame. While my family only has one dog at home currently, we've had two dogs at the same time. My family got our first dog, a female Standard Poodle named Charlotte when I was 6 years old. When I was 13, my family got a male Standard Poodle named Oliver. Both Charlotte and Oliver were around 60 pounds, so I’m very used to taking care of large dogs. Also, I’ve always watched my neighbors dogs who were two small Shih Tzus. I love pets and have always wanted a dog in college, however, due to relocating after school, I haven't been able to have one of my own. Now that I live in a large house for my Senior year, I would love to watch over a pet so that I can spend time with them. My class schedule is very light this semester so I have plenty of free time to do both house drop-ins and have the dogs spend the night at my house. I have roommates, all whom love pets, and we’d be very excited to have a new friend to join our family for some time! I love every pet that I meet and am so excited to have their love around me again.
