Hi there! I am a former middle and high school teacher who has spent the past 9 years caring for the homes and furry friends of families in Tennessee, Florida, New York, and California. I've found that for most animals, the healthiest option when you're away is for them to stay in the comfort of their own home! Having a car in the driveway and a personal presence in your house or apartment (picking up mail, turning lights on and off, etc) help to ensure the safety of your home while you're away. I also provide light housekeeping and aim to leave your home and your pup just as clean, happy, and safe as you left them! I only have 2 words to describe Emily. "The best!" As usual, Emily was amazing! Both our dog and our cat were so well looked after! I Highly, highly recommend Emily, and she will be watching our pets again in 4 days.
Emily was fantastic with both my pups! She helped with 3 drop-ins during Thanksgiving (and the day after) while I left the state. During our initial messages, she recommend her most optimal services that was friendly with my budget. My understanding was that drop-ins were defaulted at 30-min each and I expected (and paid for) just that. To my surprise, she spent 2-3 hours each visit to not only let them out for food and bathrooms, but to play and let them run around my apartment as well. She also followed some of my detailed instructions and made sure to space out her visits evenly. I really appreciated her and would happily recommend her to anyone!
Emily did a drop-in visit for my standard Schnauzer. She was quick to reply and was able to work in a last minute request. I will definitely appreciate her flexibility and will be requesting her in the future. Thanks!

My primary focuses are safety and health, ensuring that your personal care and discipline practices are carried out the way you wish and that your dog gets exercise and human playtime throughout the day. Your dog will be walked, played with, cuddled (if he or she approves!) and can even be taken to local dog parks if he or she has been before and has appropriate paperwork. I can't wait to come care for your pup!
