Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting for families since I began college, 3 years ago. I love to play with dogs, go on walks, and cuddle on the couch. I am very organized so if your pet stays on a schedule I am able to accommodate that. I have dog sat for families with one dog and multiple dogs so I am prepared to take on just about anything. I know how nerve racking it can be to leave your sweet dogs at home while you go on a trip, but I promise to love and care for them that way that you do and like they are my very own. I love animals and I am very excited to start working with dog families on rover.

Emily, Stayed at our home with our dog, Bear. She took Bear on walks, played and interacted with him. She even sent us pictures of Bear. I would highly recommend Emily. She is timely, courteous and was wonderful to Bear. I will book her again in the future.
I would recommend Emily as my dog caregiver anytime. She absolutely loves animals, she is responsible, she is dependable, and she would never let you or your furry friend down. I have personally been with her while she has been dog sitting and she would be the first person I would call to watch my own dogs. Her love for animals and people are so apparent in her everyday life and I could not think of a better candidate!

A typical day
We will go on walks around the neighborhood in which the dog lives, or at the dog park near the owners home. If the family is okay with it, I like to go on car rides and I will bring the dog with me. I also love to play of fetch and tug of war if those are activities that the dog also enjoys. I also know not all dogs like to play, I can certainly accommodate the dog who like to sit at home on the couch and cuddle as well.
