Hi! My name is Emily and I grew up on a farm with tons of pets, and have plenty of experience caring for them. My mom co-operates a dog and cat rescue organization, so caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am a recent college graduate, and very organized and responsible. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to watch your fur babies! I would love to spend time with your pets, while simultaneously making some money to save up for one of my own! I have a car and a flexible schedule. I am ready for various different levels of time commitment, whether it’s a one-time walk or a regular schedule. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!

Emily has house sat our 6+ year old labradoodle on several occasions and Hunley is always excited to see her as they get along great. Emily is always prompt in communicating with us while we are away and will even update us with pictures of Hunley. She also leaves the house spotless, brings in packages, and keeps my wife’s flower garden alive! We and Hunley look forward to many more Rover dates with Emily!
Emily did a really good job with a house sitting request for our easy to watch 6-year old Labradoodle over the week of the Thanksgiving holiday. She sent pictures of Hunley with updates the first two days and kept the house in immaculate shape. We will definitely consider using Emily again for future get-aways.
I would absolutely recommend Emily to take care of your fur-baby! She made us feel so comfortable by offering to meet with us in advance, communicating promptly and sent us photos that helped ease our own separation anxiety! :) Lola seemed to have a great time and has come home each time content (& tired!).
Emily was great! We will definitely use her again!

I love any and all breeds of dogs! Before sitting your pet, I’d like to know their preferred affection level. Do they love to snuggle on the couch or work on their chew toy alone? Either way, I can adapt to any temperament your pup may posses.
A typical day
I live in The Fan, and have a fenced backyard that just screams “a dog should play here!” I also live near various parks including Byrd Park. I love to jog, and would be happy to run around and get some energy out with your pup! Otherwise your dog and I can roam around town and smell all there is to smell.
