What is Small-Group Daycare and Why Do I Want It? We all know it is difficult to maintain ALL of the rules, boundaries and expectations we talk about in training. Even when we know cognitively that our dogs crave and thrive on this type of structure and we love our dogs, we all have busy lives. Honestly, I don’t even do all the things with my personal dogs all the time. And at the end of the day, we just want to enjoy our lives with our dogs. This is the whole mission behind 16 Paws!

When Bella, our 4 legged baby, joined our family, we wanted to make sure we found someone that we could trust to watch her while I was at work. Emily quickly became part of our family and treats Bella as if she was her own. Emily has been fabulous and we are blessed and extremely lucky to have had her come into our lives. Bella gets soooo excited to go see Ms. Emily, and often doesn't understand why she is not going on the weekends. Emily is overly flexible with my crazy work schedule and I do not know what we would do without her now. She is awesome!
The girls love love love going to ‘Auntie Em’s’!! Always so fun!! Hardest part is making them come home!!
My only complaint is that my dogs never want to leave!
Emily is *amazing*!!! She is incredibly professional and helped our puppy learn some much needed manners. We cannot wait to bring him back once he’s been snipped!!

Let's get to know each other! Before our first daycare session, we'll get together and do a behavioral evaluation and discuss your unique needs and your personal ideal zen dog. We'll then do a little bit of 1 to 1 training together so that you'll have the tools and information to keep up with what your pup is learning at our unique program. Our daycare program is one of the best things about 16 Paws, because while your dogs are here, I do most of the heavy lifting for you! Through our daycare program, we’re essentially combining the benefits of a board and train and pack life mentality into a program that allows you to enjoy your dog at the end of each day. We believe that, in almost all cases, there is no need or benefit to saying goodbye to your best friend for precious weeks at a time.
