You won't find a better person than Emily H. She is very dedicated in all that she does, and doesn't give up. I am be a bit biased since I am her mother, but since she was in her early teens and held down her first job she has always done well. Whether it be a sign holder for a pizza place, to becoming manager there in less than a year at the age of 17, she has always strived to be her best. Once she finds a job she sticks with it. She was not the typical teen who moved from job to job every few months. She moved up and proved to be a great leader that her co-workers looked up to and respected. At the age of 22 she has been with the same company, Starbucks for several years now. And continues to prove her worth. Last year she became a "shift" which in layman terms is a supervisor. She is also a trainer. She hates being late to work, and never is and the same goes for her calling in sick. It's just not in her DNA. In addition to her practically full time job she has been in college since she was a Junior in high school. She is now working on her Bachelors in Social Work and is very dedicated to it. She has also volunteered for a year for a crisis hotline. Still, showing her dedication to her chosen profession. She would be an asset to any company.
