I have volunteered multiple places such as shelters and veterinary clinics learning about animals and care that should be provided. I know how to preform multiple first aid tasks on dogs and cats, which includes inducing vomit, tending cuts, stabilizing broken bones, etc. I am available full time currently no matter how early or late the appointment could be. I bond with dogs easily through the walks and playing. I know how to approach dogs if they don’t bond at the first visit by staying at their eye level and giving treats and knowing their favorite activities. I’m very joyful around dogs and since they reflect a humans energy, I know it’s important to not change my mood suddenly which can scare the dog. Dogs are animals I would like to work with the rest of my life, because they make me the happiest person in the world and I can share the care and love I hold for them with clients.
