Hi! My name’s Emily and I’m currently a senior at the University of Arizona studying psychology and graphic design. I’m a huge animal lover and I’ve dogsat for 10 years now and owned a dog for 15 years of my life. I grew up around cats and dogs and nothing brings me more joy than caring for new furry friends! I am in great shape so I can comfortably care for dogs of any type and size. I currently own two cats and would be so so happy to take care of cats as well as other animals. :) I’m extremely understanding and flexible as far as unique situations or cancellations go. As always, great stay!
Emily was great. Was direct and honest about her work schedule during our meet-and-greet so expectations for everyone were super clear, no surprises. We got regular text and picture updates even if she just hung with our boys at home all day. I also really appreciate that she put all her bedding and towels together ready to be washed before she left! We were on a stressful work trip and knowing Emily was taking great care of our animals was a huge weight off our shoulders. Will definitely book with Emily again!!
Emily did a wonderful job sitting my puppy and sent super adorable photos of him. Highly recommend.
Emily is such a great sitter! She took care of my 3 pets for a week, and I came back to find them calm and happy - almost as if I'd never left! (This is not always the case, especially for my anxious cat!) She was flexible, conscientious, and really wonderful about communicating. I was able to relax 100% and focus on my trip. As an added bonus, she took great care of the house. I would absolutely rebook Emily anytime and can't recommend her highly enough!

A typical day
I love spending as much time as possible with your pets. Commonly, I’ll play with them and take them on walks (if applicable to your pet) multiple times per day. Between playing, walking, and eating, I love just sitting around and doing homework or watching a tv show with them. I’m happiest when around animals and I love spending my free time with them!

If you’re reaching out to me during the school year, you should know that I am currently a full time student which means during weekdays I’m best-fit to care for your animals during the mornings or late afternoon, which is perfect for this Arizona heat! However I do have gaps in my schedule, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a question on times!
