I absolutely adore dogs! I am a softie for all animals, and will go above and beyond to make your pup or other furry friends feel loved! I have five rescue dogs of my own, and I have a knack for attracting strays who need help finding their homes. I can’t turn a dog away and I am soft hearted to a fault! I’m currently taking a semester off from school, and since Rover is my full time job I am home pretty much all the time! I have a fenced yard and reliable transportation. I would prefer dogs that are good with kids and other dogs since I have both. My son is 6 but he understands that we have to respect our doggie friends and give them their space! My dogs are good with other dogs and we haven’t had any problems with past rover dogs that we have boarded. We live in a true “dog home”, so the dogs are in and out all day, welcome to cuddle on the couch, go on walks, play inside and outside, and they always get lots of love and attention!

I have boarded, walked, and house sit for many clients and have always been mindful of treating all of my rover friends like my own by keeping them safe and happy.

I have no breed or size preferences. We have had rover friends board with us from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, and we love them all! However, it is very important that your dog doesn’t have any issues with aggression, with food, other dogs, or kids. We treat our rover dogs like family and want everyone to hang out and get along, so socialization and a go along to get along attitude is vital! Our dogs are used to rover buddies coming and going and have always done well. I don’t require dogs to be crate trained, but it helps to bring their crate if they are already crate trained. It gives them a nice safe place to retire to if they’re feeling overwhelmed in a new environment.
A typical day
I live in a great neighborhood for dog walks, and a decently sized back yard for running around. I love to take my dog on car rides, but also appreciate a calm dog who just likes to cuddle.

Availability
Rover is currently my only job, so my schedule is very flexible and open. However, I do have a child which can interfere with my availability depending on the day.
