A little bit about me: I am a graduate student at Indiana University studying music performance. Since I was two years old, my family has always owned animals. In addition to my own pets, I have been caring for other people’s pets for eight years. Animals in general seem to gravitate towards me, even the most shy and/or unfriendly of pets tend to taking a liking to me very soon after I meet them. I treat other people’s pets like I would want my own to be treated, and I don’t believe in just “stopping by”. When I am not watching pets overnight, I always stay and visit for at least 20 minutes. I love to send pictures of pets to their owners and give small updates daily or every other day. I will always take it upon myself to make sure your pet has a safe, clean home environment while you are gone. Whether that means cleaning out food and water dishes, picking up pet messes, or straightening a room up so your pet has plenty of room to play safely, I will always go above and beyond so that your pet feels comfortable and at ease while you are away. I do request an introductory meeting, either over the phone or at your home, before accepting reservations with new clients. This allows you the opportunity to get to know me better, and I can get to know more about your pet’s needs and your expectations. That way we both can decide if this is a good fit for everyone before we make a solid commitment to each other. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! Limitations: 1) Although I love big dogs, I cannot accept reservations for Pitbulls, Pit Mixes, German Shepherds, or any Bully breeds. 2) I cannot accept reservations for dogs that are not neutered or spayed. 3) I cannot accept reservations for aggressive dogs. 4) If daily medication is needed for your pet, a higher fee may be assessed if appropriate. 5) Dog walks limited to homes no more 3.5 miles away. 6) Overnight stays limited to homes no more than 5 miles away.
