Upon my return home, McGee was way less stressed than usual after having Emily as a sitter. My neighbors are (appropriately) nosy and told me that Emily stayed at the house longer than most other sitters I have had. That means a lot to me! (The other sitters were gone for long periods of time and then showed up at night.) McGee went out walks and got a lot of play time. Emily also left the house in great condition and washed/dried towels she used. Couldn't have asked for a better return trip home. Coming home knowing my boy was taken care of is EVERYTHING. 4 paws up from McGeepers!

If you are looking for someone who goes out of their way to form a genuine connection with your animal, then Emily is the sitter for you! Her love and compassion shines through from the moment you meet her. What I love most about Emily is that she treats animals in her care with the respect they deserve. She sees animals for what they are: autonomous beings. To me, this makes all the difference in the world. While my dog Charlie was in her care she went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable. I received photos and videos of her cuddling with him, walking with him, playing with him, and including him in her daily activities. I felt so relieved knowing my dog was safe, and having a good time while I was away. Emily is also talented when it comes to connecting with, and caring for, cats. In a way, it seems like she speaks their language. As shy as my cat can be, it was incredible to see her warm-up to Emily so quickly. Emily is both compassionate and knowledgable when it comes to animal care. She is honestly a gem, and I can't recommend her enough!
