I'm a horse girl that's had pets of all kinds since I can remember! Over my lifetime, I've owned and trained countless horses, 6 dogs (usually 2 at a time), 3 cats, and some other animals like geckos, turtles, fish, and parakeet! I've house/pet sit for various neighbors throughout my life and whenever my parents go out of town, but always looking for more opportunities to spend time with animals. Emily has done an amazing job every time we've booked her. She's cared for our dog, cat, hamster, and apartment with ease. We have a senior dog who requires extra care and medications, but knowing Emily was looking after our pup, we were able to enjoy our time away with little concern. She can handle the unexpected and any specific instructions. We are grateful for the care she has provided and will book her again if needed in the future.
Emily did an amazing job taking care of my cats while I was out of town and made sure to send me plenty of pictures/videos of my boys every day!
Emily took excellent care of my dog, cat, and even my chickens! My puppy can be a tad high maintenance at times but she did everything I asked and took the time for him to warm-up to her. She sent me daily pics and updates. Would definitely recommend hiring Emily!

Please let me know if your pet has any allergies or aversions to certain experiences like car rides, drive-thru windows, delivery trucks, etc. so that I may handle them accordingly. I would love to know what your typical household rules are so that I don't accidentally teach them to sit on furniture if that's not allowed for example! If you have trained your pet with special commands (like using Spanish instead of English or other non-traditional terminology), please let me know that also!
A typical day
I love playing tug-of-war, fetch, and taking dogs for walks and rides! I grew up in a house where our dogs went everywhere we did, so after work and on weekends, I make it all about the dogs by letting them run errands with me and go on walks outside of the neighborhood!

Availability
I work remotely and can typically work drop ins into my schedule during the day and after work. I am also happy to work from your house if house sitting. I typically spend weekends relaxing at home and going for walks/runs. Sometimes I go to tennis practice or to a match. If you need me to stay the night, I prefer to bring my dog, Naboo, with me. It's not a deal breaker, but I will miss him dearly if he needs to stay with my family. He is a 40lb neutered aussie with a very beta personality. He gets along with everyone he meets and aims to please!
