I am home full-time and love dogs!
Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs my whole life, and can’t imagine a life without dogs! I have birthed litters, I have cared for geriatric dogs, I have house trained over a dozen puppies and dogs, and I have trained dogs deemed untrainable. I am calm and assertive, so even dogs that some people are scared of, tend to warm up to me quicker than most. I do not personally like using kennels, (to each their own,) for my dogs, and a good dog sitter is hard to come by. If I don’t know my dog is taken care of, I cannot enjoy my day or trip. That’s why I thought, why not me... I know the standards I hold for when someone takes care of my fur baby, so I figured why not be that person for other people.

Emily has taken care of our dogs a few times while we were on vacation. And I actually believe my dogs love her more than us. She gives them so much love and attention and really goes above and beyond in all she does. I know I don’t have to worry about them when we are away and that is a huge relief!
I can’t recommend Emily enough. We’ve used her twice. Each for about 5 days. She loves our 65lb Husky and our Husky loves her. Emily kept us updated throughout our trip Which took the stress out of being away. We’ve used a kennel before and our dog did not do well in that environment. What a relief to have someone we can trust with our dog.
Thanks so so much for your help!. I really recommend Emily if your looking for someone to care for your animals.

Any medical concerns, anything I need to be conscious of while on walks, (i.e. rodent aggression, children or other dog aggression,) are they markers (how many bags do I need for our walks lol,) and what seems to make your dog the happiest?
A typical day
We will walk where our the dog wants to go, (that is safe of course). I will have a questionnaire for the owner as to what their pup(s) enjoy, and that’s what we will do. I’m there to make their dog feel no stress, and to make sure they enjoy their days.
