Pet care experience
I have trained and cared for my own breeder! I have had pets in my life since I was born! I have my own golden retriever. I come from a childcare and mental health counseling background so I am well versed in communicating about daily logs and progress, so I love talking to doggie parents like they have taken their child to daycare. You will know everything that happened! I am very loving and rewarding, but I also am very consistent about discipline. I can definitely follow patterns and routines! I can provide special attention to special diets or medications. All my pets have been throughly socialized and I can provide a social environment or, if necessary, I can also provide a separated, peaceful environment.

Emily was amazing with my husky Blaze! Her yard is big and allows room for him to roam around and he got along with her dogs and her very well. She sent pictures throughout his stay and he was loving all the attention! He had an issue sleeping at night in a strange place but Emily toughed it out and found what worked for them the next night. I highly recommend her services and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you!
My little girl really enjoyed her stay. That’s really saying something because Ellie is very picky about who she’s friends with.
Emily was so awesome! She kept us updated daily on Teddy with pics and texts. Teddy felt comfortable from the beginning, but also had some slight struggles adapting to his new environment. Emily knew just what to do to cater to him. She fed and took care of Teddy as if was her own dog and I truly appreciate Emily?. I look forward to Teddy visiting his new found friends again. Emily was amazing! I was very anxious about my dogs first time staying with someone that wasn’t me but she did a great job at keeping me updated with pictures. He was right at home with her and her other (very well trained) dogs. Plus she had a huge backyard for my young dog to get his energy out, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him sleep so hard as his first night back home. Would definitely recommend her!

I love large pets! I personally have a golden retriever! I have taken care of small dogs, but have never owned one myself!
A typical day
I love taking any dogs that are in my care to the park, dog park (if they are vaccinated and neutered). I frequently stop by my place of work (a foster home for traumatized teenagers) to get some extra pets! I also balance activity with relax and rest! Whether its them laying in bed with me or soaking in the pool outside. I walk many dogs near water so that they can play in the water if they would like!
