Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Emily but most call me Emma! I have always loved animals (you'll always find me with the nearest dog or cat - haha). I have a dog currently who doesn't like other animals, so I would love to do drop-ins and say hi to your babies since I can only have one! I love getting to be around animals, and it makes my day to get to take a break from work (I work from home) to go visit and get some love. I do travel, so I have the dates I'm booked off in my calendar. Otherwise I'm available everyday of the week and most holidays as my family lives just 5 minutes away from me! I grew up around animals (dogs, cats, horses) of all ages and temperaments so I have extensive animal care experience, including giving medication, senior pets, puppies/kittens, cleaning the litter box or cleaning up after them, all customized feeding schedules, and I include some extra tasks if you would like, such as bringing your mail/packages inside the house for you and giving the babies fresh water. On top of that, I truly just love animals; they bring so much joy and happiness into our lives.

We have relied on Emily to take care of our house cat, Carmen and our six out-of-the-house chickens! She is extremely reliable and takes extra care to make sure they all get extra love and attention so that they don't miss us too much when we are gone. It's also great to be able to travel without worry knowing that they are all being well cared for.
We were so lucky to meet Emily and have her care for our dog while we were out of town. When we came back, he was in great shape and as happy as can be! She's now our go-to dog sitter.

I have no breed preferences! I would just like to know about the dog's personality before sitting so I can understand how best to care for them.
A typical day
For dogs, I can play with them, throw toys, play fetch, etc. Let them out in the backyard to go potty before they eat. For kitties, I can feed them, give cuddles or play so they don't feel lonely!

I work from home so I'm very flexible and can accept last minute bookings. I live in the east plaza/hyde park area so I'm also centrally located.
