I have a 15 year old miniature schnauzer that lives with me and takes medication daily. I have been pet sitting for friends and family since I was 12 years old! I have experience with both cats and dogs of all sizes.

Emily was amazing! She went the extra mile and sent updates with pictures and videos while we were gone! She also brushed our golden (which is no easy task) and helped in multiple unexpected situations with our dog getting sick and going into heat! We will definitely ask her to watch them for us again!
Emily was great with my dogs! She was comfortable with their very different energy levels and my senior dog’s needs. She even came to walk them in the (very unexpected) snow!

I have a geriatric dog and understand how important it is to take care of older pups. He takes medication 3x a day so I am comfortable providing medication as needed. I make sure dogs and cats are safe by making sure to lock the door when I leave, and also enable a security system if the owner has one. I would also not bring a dog into an environment where I would not have complete control over their safety.

Please let me know if your dog doesn't do well with other dogs, needs medication, or has anxiety. Also I can bathe and brush dogs if needed when I do drop-in or house stays.
A typical day
I love going for walks. When my dog was younger, he really loved the marina in Oak Ridge. I also enjoy going to the dog park and playing fetch with pups! Toys of all kinds are also a great way for me to play with dogs.
